Administrative Assistant Pet Insurance

Purpose of the Role:
As our new Administration Assistant, you will aid and support the Pet Insurance Leadership team, including daily administration tasks, meeting management, reporting, liaising on behalf of the Leadership Team, and event management. 
You will: 

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the General Managers, and Senior Leadership team as required
• Co-ordinate General Managers' diaries and emails daily
• Prepare reports, presentations, HR forms, and IT job requirements for the Pet Insurance team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, on behalf of the team
• Organise and co-ordinate events, meetings, and minute-taking with timely publication and follow-up of action items
• Manage the Pet Insurance Recognition program, expense claims, leave tracking, and mandatory training requirements for the department
• Input and follow up on 'To Do' tasks within required timeframes 

Knowledge and Experience:

• Self-management, participative decision-making, and team collaboration with the ability to accept, promote, and manage change
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
• Strong time management and organisational skills, including diary management and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Confidence to manage conflicting priorities, deal with different personalities, and use initiative to pre-empt situations
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
• Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and ensuring data accuracy
• Experience in corporate presentations and small event management
