Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience operating skid steers and excavators in the construction or civil engineering environment.

• Candidates with any amount of experience in construction or civil engineering environment will be considered.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating skid steers and excavators is required.

• Australian work rights are essential for this position (citizens and permanent residents only).

• Experience operating either skid steers or excavators is sufficient for this role.

• Valid driver's license and relevant machinery operating certifications/licenses (e.g., White Card, excavator operator and skid-steer tickets).

• White Card and excavator operator ticket are required for this position.

• Strong understanding of equipment operation principles and safety procedures.

• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
