Casual Sales & Partnerships Coordinator — Wellness & Lifestyle Brands

Location: Remote (Newcastle/Hunter Region-based preferred)
Hours: Approx. 10–20 hours per month (flexible)
Pay: $40/hour + commission on sales
Contract: Casual (initial 3-month trial, potential to grow)

At LH Agenda, we design elegant, empowering planners and stationery that help women lead with confidence and clarity. Our sister brand, Splasí Nutrition, offers a functional powder drink designed to support energy, focus and wellbeing — from boardroom to yoga mat.

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to help us connect with more retailers, wellness studios, coaches and other aligned businesses. You’ll play an important role in introducing our brands, building genuine relationships and creating new partnership and sales opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to potential retail and partnership opportunities (boutiques, gyms, Pilates studios, wellness retreats, coaches and other aligned businesses)
• Introduce our brands, connect with decision-makers and build genuine relationships
• Attend occasional video meetings with potential retail and partnership contacts
• Create and appear in short videos that bring our brands and products to life — whether introducing them to potential partners or sharing them with our community on social media
• Follow up with leads, send samples and support the onboarding of new partners
• Maintain a simple activity tracker (we use Google Sheets)
• Provide weekly updates on your outreach and results

What we’re looking for

• A warm, confident and articulate communicator who enjoys connecting with people
• Someone who can explain products and ideas clearly and naturally, without sounding overly scripted or “salesy”
• Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating confidently via video calls and recorded content
• Basic understanding of sales or account management (experience in retail, wellness or lifestyle sectors is a bonus)
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Passion for wellness, empowerment or women-led brands
