Roster and Conditions

• 7 on 7 off rotating day / night roster

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Heavy Diesel Fitters, Servicepersons, Mechanics and Tyre Fitters
• Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
• Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
• Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy

What You'll Need

• Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
  
• Current drivers licence
• Strong working knowledge of CAT & Komatsu surface mobile equipment
• Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
• Ability to wear a respirator uninhibited (no facial hair)
