Manage approximately 7 complexes | Strong team support | Business-hours meetings | Award-winning agency
Grady Strata & Facilities is looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our team and manage an established portfolio of approximately 7 complexes.
If you're an experienced Strata Manager looking for a supportive environment where you can focus on proactive portfolio management, strong client relationships and delivering great outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

At Grady, we believe Strata Managers should be able to focus on managing their buildings and clients - not be overwhelmed by administration and competing demands.
Our business has been deliberately structured to provide strong support to our Strata Managers, including:
Limiting portfolio size per strata manager (average portfolio size is 7)
A dedicated Administration Management Team, including a highly successful approach to managing levy arrears
A dedicated Accounts Management Team
Leave coverage, so you can properly switch off when you're away and return without a backlog of emails and tasks
On-site Building Managers who work closely with the Strata Manager
Regular Strata Manager and Building Manager meetings to discuss the building and progress outstanding matters
Regular training days and conferences, including sessions with industry experts
A supportive and collaborative team environment
Business-hours Executive Committee meetings
Our Building Managers & Strata Manager model
Our on-site Building Managers are an important part of how we proactively manage our complexes.
The Building Manager provides the eyes and ears on the ground for the Strata Manager, identifying issues, actioning works and coordinating quotes and reports where required.
The Strata Manager and Building Manager meet at least fortnightly to discuss the building, outstanding matters and progress.
This close working relationship, combined with our dedicated Administration and Accounts Management teams, allows our Strata Managers to spend more time actively managing their portfolios and clients, rather than constantly reacting to the next email, phone call or maintenance issue.

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of approximately 7 strata complexes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio

A better way to manage strata
We don't believe a good Strata Manager should have to do everything themselves.
Smaller portfolios. Dedicated administration and accounts teams. On-site Building Managers. Regular professional development. Genuine leave coverage.
Together, these provide our Strata Managers with the support to actively manage their buildings and clients rather than constantly react to problems.
If you're an experienced Strata Manager looking for a supportive team, manageable portfolio and a better-supported way of working, we'd love to hear from you.
