Woodlands Roxburgh Park is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an exceptional Campus Manager to lead it.

The OpportunityAs Campus Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the leadership, performance and culture of the centre.
You'll lead a team of passionate early childhood professionals, build strong relationships with families and ensure the centre delivers an exceptional experience for children every day.
Working closely with the educational leader, Area Manager and broader Woodlands support team, you'll have the opportunity to influence educational quality, team capability, operational performance and the overall experience of the centre.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a centre, but genuinely leads it.
Someone who is visible, engaged and invested in their team and the community around them.
In this role you will be:
Lead the overall performance, culture and direction of the centre.
Build, coach and develop a strong, capable and connected team.
Create an environment where educators feel supported, valued and motivated to do their best work.
Work alongside the Pedagogical Leader to support high-quality educational practice and outcomes for children.
Build strong and genuine relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
Drive continuous improvement across the centre's educational and operational practices.
Support educators and emerging leaders to grow their confidence, capability and careers.
Ensure the centre operates in line with the NQS, National Regulations and Woodlands policies and procedures.
Lead the QIP and work with your team to turn improvement priorities into meaningful action.
Support occupancy, enrolments and family engagement in partnership with the broader Woodlands team.
Monitor centre performance and work collaboratively to achieve operational and financial outcomes.
Bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to enhance the centre experience.
Partner with the Area Manager and broader support teams to deliver the Woodlands vision.
We're looking for an experienced early childhood leader who knows what great leadership looks like.
You might be an experienced Centre Manager or early childhood leader who is ready to take on a new challenge and make their mark.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated experience successfully leading an early childhood service.
A strong understanding of the NQS, National Regulations and EYLF.
Experience leading, coaching and developing early childhood teams.
The ability to build strong relationships while creating clear expectations and accountability.
Strong operational and organisational capability.
A genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and families.
Confidence in leading continuous improvement and embracing new ideas.
A visible, authentic and collaborative leadership style.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The energy and resilience to lead a busy early learning environment.
An ACECQA-approved qualification or the ability to meet regulatory requirements for the role.
Current WWCC or VIT, First Aid, CPR, Mandatory Reporting and Police Check.
