As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Beauty or Dermal Therapist who shares our vision and wants to grow with us.

About the Role

This position will commence as a casual role, with the opportunity to progress into a part-time or full-time position for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service from the first enquiry through to aftercare

• Reception duties including bookings, phone enquiries and payments

• Performing skin consultations and advanced skin analysis

• Delivering professional skin treatments and facials

• Educating clients on their skin and recommending professional skincare products

• Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes

• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy

• Is passionate about skin and genuinely cares about helping clients achieve results

• Is confident, professional and has excellent customer service and communication skills

• Enjoys educating clients and recommending professional skincare

• Is confident on camera and willing to create educational content for our social media platforms

• Takes pride in presenting themselves professionally, as they’ll be representing the Tima Skin Clinic brand both in the clinic and online

• Can work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team

• Holds a current Australian driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle

• Is available to work Saturdays and one late evening per week

• Is reliable, motivated and eager to continue learning

Hours

• Casual position with the opportunity to progress into Part-time or Full-time

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week to begin

• We offer flexibility with working days and hours for the right person

• Saturday availability is essential

Pay & Benefits

• $38–$45 per hour + Super, depending on qualifications and experience
