Are you an energetic, outgoing and highly organised person looking for a rewarding role with plenty of variety?

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our friendly and fast-moving real estate office in the beautiful coastal suburb of Watermans Bay.

This is certainly not your typical desk job. You will be involved in a diverse range of residential property sales, exciting development opportunities, and house-and-land projects. Every day will offer something different.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Previous experience in real estate
• Familiarity with DocuSign, RP Data and CRM systems
• A confident, professional and engaging telephone manner
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong computer and administration abilities
• The confidence to work independently and take initiative
• A positive, outgoing and can-do personality

We offer flexible hours to suit the right person, approximately 20 hours per week, excellent working conditions, an enjoyable workplace and very attractive remuneration.
