Property Manager - Temp

Expression of interest sought from Licensed Property Managers open to temp work, now and in the future.

We are looking to build long-term relationships with those who prefer temporary assignments, or call in work - at temp rates.

Flexible hours in a positive team environment.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of South Australian tenancy laws and property management regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords and team members

• Proficiency in property management software

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing tenant and property issues

• Reliability and flexibility to accommodate the casual nature of this temporary position

• A current driver's licence, as this role may require property inspections

• Current property managers license
