Akron Group NT is seeking experienced and reliable painters to join our growing team, delivering high-quality residential renovation projects throughout Palmerston and the greater Darwin region.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the preparation and painting of occupied and vacant residential properties, including both internal and external renovation works.

Duties Include:

Surface preparation including sanding, filling and patching

Minor plaster and paint repairs

Interior and exterior painting

Brush, roller and spray application

Masking and protecting work areas

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite

Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

What We're Looking For

Previous residential painting experience

Strong preparation skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

White Card (Construction Induction)

Current Driver's Licence

Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude

Ability to produce quality finishes with minimal supervision

Desirable

EWP or Working at Heights tickets

Experience on government renovation projects
