• Proven retail or sales experience (flooring, interiors, or home improvement background highly regarded)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident, warm, and approachable

• Customer-first attitude with a flair for delivering standout service

• Organised, self-motivated and eager to learn

• Willingness to grow with the business — future leadership potential is a big plus

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with quoting/invoicing systems

• Available to work across weekdays and weekends

• Assisting customers with flooring selections across carpet, timber, hybrid, vinyl and more

• Quoting and managing customer projects from first enquiry through to final installation

• Learning product knowledge and staying up to date with the latest in interior design trends

• Supporting daily store operations while developing your sales and leadership skills

• Working closely with management with a view to growing into a leadership position
