We’re recruiting an experienced Building Estimator to join our team. You would need to understand insurance repair workflows and/or remedial construction.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare accurate costed scope of works

·         Attend tender site meetings for new proposals

·         Preparation of Tenders

·         Desktop estimations and variations

·         Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards

·         Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers

About You

·        Proven experience in estimating within insurance and/or remedial construction

·         Ability to interpret plans, specifications and engineering reports

·         Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office

·         Relevant trade or construction qualification (preferred but not essential)
