Do you have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, in-home care? This is an exciting opportunity to support a premium client on the Sunshine Coast and make a meaningful difference in their daily life.About the Role

• Tailored, one-on-one in-home support for a premium client
• Personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support
• Supporting non-verbal client with a neurological condition
• Assistance with daily routines, companionship, and maintaining lifestyle goals
• Supporting with light domestic tasks
• A variety of shifts are available, including day and afternoon shifts, inactive and active overnights, and extended weekend shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• MND experience highly preferred
  
• PEG Feeding highly preferred
• Certificate III in Individual Support (essential)
• Minimum 1 year experience in aged care, disability, or community care
• Strong manual handling skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
