Are you passionate about unlocking the value of data? As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will design and deliver data tables, reports, dashboards, and extracts that support business and research needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle, contributing to requirements gathering, prioritisation, implementation, and project completion to enable effective, data driven decision making.

About us: 

The Activity Funding and Business Intelligence team provide analytics, business intelligence funding and clinical costing advice for Cairns and Hinterland Hospital Health Services across acute care, ambulatory services and sub and non-acute patient episodes of care.

About your role:

In this position you will…..

• Design and develop comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, to support operational and strategic decision making in the organisation.
• Identify user needs and work with staff within Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) to update and amend the suite of reports as practices evolve.
• Develop and facilitate quality control activities for new and existing reference data sets.
