Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Cenvet is a leading distributor of animal health care products to the veterinary industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time, Customer Service Representative, located in Lynbrook, VIC. The hours are from 8.30am to 5pm on Monday & Thursday.

Responsibilities / about the role:

• Processing customer telephone orders;

• Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;

• Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;

• Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience is essential;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;

• Conflict resolution capabilities;

• Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;

• Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
