Flooring specialist team leader (polished concrete,RC grinders,coatings)

HIRING: POLISHED CONCRETE & FLOOR COATINGS TEAM LEADER — SYDNEY
Are you an experienced polished concrete installer or subcontractor who can confidently run job sites, but would like to step away from the pressure of operating your own business?
Resin Me Epoxy is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to manage concrete grinding, floor preparation, mechanically polished concrete, epoxy and coating projects across Sydney.
This is not a trainee position. We need someone who can:
• Plan and run projects from site setup through to handover• Lead workers and maintain productivity• Select and operate the correct machinery and tooling• Identify and resolve floor-preparation and coating issues• Communicate professionally with builders, supervisors and clients• Maintain safe, clean and organised job sites• Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship
Relevant experience should include:
• Commercial concrete grinding and floor preparation• Glue, paint, coating and adhesive removal• Slab levelling and high-spot grinding• Mechanically polished concrete and grind-and-seal systems• Epoxy, polyaspartic and other floor coatings• Concrete repairs, edges and detailed finishing

Remuneration will reflect your proven skills, experience and ability to lead projects.
You must have demonstrated industry experience, a current driver licence, White Card and the right to work in Australia. Capable to work on large commercial projects ( safety 100% important!efficiency, work clean, maintain machines, ensure you’re able to be organised have you’re set up as you like)
Location would be be best south west Sydney (Leppington / willow dale etc.
