Brothers and Sisters in Arms is a registered NDIS provider supporting people across Caboolture and the Moreton Bay region. We are looking for a reliable, respectful and hardworking cleaner to join our growing team.

This role involves providing domestic assistance within participants’ homes, helping them maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment.

Your duties may include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting

• Laundry and other agreed household tasks

• Following individual participant support requirements

• Identifying and reporting household hazards or concerns

• Maintaining participants’ privacy, dignity and independence

• Completing basic service notes and required documentation

This is a casual position paid under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award).

The successful applicant’s classification will be determined by their duties, experience, qualifications and level of responsibility. Applicable penalty rates, allowances and superannuation will be paid in accordance with the Award.

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in providing a high standard of cleaning

• Is dependable, organised and able to manage their time

• Treats every participant and their home with respect

• Can work independently and follow clear instructions

• Communicates professionally with participants, families and the BASIA team

• Has cleaning, disability support, community services or aged-care experience—desirable but not essential

The successful applicant must have, or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Working with Children Blue Card

• National Police Check

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates

• Current Australian driver licence

• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle

• Australian working rights
