As the Senior Supervisor you will assist in managing and coordinating project planning and delivery activities to maximise project profitability and ensure client satisfaction. Provide supervisory services for the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade works. Provide inspection services according to KPIs. Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and other business areas. Complete scope of works and provide estimates as required

• Assist with preparing estimates and quotations for QBuild construction Management projects.
• Managing Trade staff on performance and quality outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage workplace health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Complete scopes of work and prepare accurate project estimates and quotes.
• Provide on-site supervision for the delivery of construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects in accordance with KPIs.
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, internal team members, and broader business areas.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
