The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Physiotherapist (new graduate or experienced) to deliver high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation across musculoskeletal and sports presentations. You’ll have the tools, time, and support to do your best work—plus mentorship, CPD support, and a genuine pathway to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

    •    Conduct thorough assessments and create individualised treatment plans.

    •    Provide hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehab using our on-site gym.

    •    Track outcomes and adjust programs using evidence-based measures.

    •    Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver clear, motivating education.

    •    Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and uphold best-practice standards.

    •    Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture and continuous improvement.

Requirements (What You’ll Bring)

    •    AHPRA registration (or eligibility) and a Bachelor/Masters in Physiotherapy.

    •    Strong clinical reasoning with a patient-centred approach.

    •    Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

    •    Confidence with exercise prescription and progressive loading principles.

    •    Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

    •    Current CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).

    •    Right to work in Australia.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

    •    Interest or experience in MSK/sports, post-op rehab, or performance.

    •    Skills in Cupping, dry needling, or return-to-sport testing.

    •    Familiarity with Cliniko practice software and outcome measures.
