Junior Software Developr(Entry-Level / Associate)

Role Description The Junior Software Developer (Entry-Level / Associate) role at AUTC Trading L.L.C. is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting the development and maintenance of internal software tools and web-based systems. Day-to-day tasks include writing and testing code for back-end components, fixing bugs, and assisting in the implementation of new features under the guidance of senior developers. The role involves collaborating with team members to understand business requirements, documenting technical work, and participating in code reviews to improve quality and reliability. The Junior Software Developer will also help optimize existing systems to support efficient operations and data handling within the company.QualificationsFoundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and basic software lifecycle concepts.Skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience using at least one server-side language or framework.Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them in writing clean, maintainable code.Ability to learn new technologies quickly, follow coding standards, and work effectively with remote teams.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).Relevant academic background or training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; internship or project experience is an advantage.
