JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture Team.
We're looking for a HR Business Partner who thrives on building trusted relationships, influencing leaders, and delivering practical people solutions that drive organisational success. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders to strengthen team performance and contribute to key strategic workforce initiatives.
Previous experience supporting a highly unionised workforce would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
