That's what the current doctors are billing, and they're fully booked on 4 day weeks. The room is open because an existing GP is leaving, so you'd step into an established list rather than build one.

It's 100% bulk billing, with a patient base drawn largely from the local Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Indian speaking community. Strong volumes of vaccinations, health checks, care plans and minor procedures alongside general family medicine.

Owned and run by a GP and practice manager couple since 2013. The principal GP splits his time across both sites, the practice manager is based here, and there's a long-standing admin team behind them. Deliberately non-corporate, so you deal with the owner directly rather than a head office.

The work

• 3 GPs on site including the owner
• Full-time practice nurse
• On-site pathology, visiting physiotherapist, dietitian and podiatrist
• Dedicated practice manager on site
• Medical Director software
• Relocating to a larger purpose-built site nearby within 15 to 18 months
