Site Supervisor - Mobile Crushing

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking experienced Site Supervisors who can bring strong leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You’ll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

• Previous experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3-stage mobile crushing circuits & associated equipment

• A current S26 qualification (mandatory for this role)

• Demonstrated ability to lead safe and productive teams

• Good time management and work prioritisation skills

• Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to administer/comply with site systems, procedures and complete routine workplace inspections, audits and reports as required

• Demonstrated ability to organise and achieve safe production schedules / plans 

• Senior level all-rounder plant operation experience

• Previous experience in gold mining projects is highly desirable 

• Current Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

• Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check
