About the role
Gateway Properties is a family-owned and operated real estate business located at 126 Sutton Street, Redcliffe. We are looking for a Property Manager to help manage our rent roll. You will be working with a small management team in a role that offers variety and requires multi-tasking.
Key responsibilities
Help with applications
Process lease renewals
Conduct the occasional routine inspection
Entry and exit inspections
Dealing with some maintenance
About you
Property Management experience and registration absolutely essential
Great people and computer skills
Bright and enthusiastic
About us
Gateway Properties is a small and happy real estate business that is family owned and operated. It is owned by Doug and Rosslyn Kennedy who have been operating for over 30 years and have lived on the Redcliffe Peninsula for decades. Our staff are long-term, experienced and dedicated and are considered to be part of the wider Gateway family. We offer friendly, efficient service and have a company car available for use by all staff for viewings and inspections. We operate the REST property management program and will be upgrading to the Property Me program in a few months time.
