The Role:

Are you working in personal injury claims management and looking for a change? Or perhaps you're a newly graduated counsellor looking for an opportunity to build a meaningful career?

At Recovery Partners, we’re looking for people who want to do more than manage a claim - we want people who want to help change the outcome.

Our Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants work alongside injured workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners to help people navigate their recovery, identify their strengths and skills, and ultimately find a pathway back into meaningful and sustainable employment.

You don’t need to have years of occupational rehabilitation experience. What matters is your ability to connect with people, understand their circumstances, think creatively and genuinely want to make a difference.

If you're coming from a claims background, you'll already understand the workers compensation environment, stakeholders and challenges involved. If you're a counselling graduate, you'll bring valuable skills in communication, rapport-building, problem-solving and supporting people through change.

Key Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to vehicle

• Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills

• Strong aptitude for time management
