Slide Right is the Central Coast's specialist in sliding door and window repairs — over 450 five-star Google reviews in two and a half years. We're not the cheapest in our industry and we're not trying to be. We charge properly, we deliver properly, and we pay properly. We're after experienced technicians who want their skill to show up in their bank account every single week.

The money, spelled out

Base of $75,000 while you learn our systems, moving to $80,000 once you're through probation. Probation is six months on paper — we've fast-tracked it repeatedly for techs who prove themselves early, and an experienced tech should.

On top of the base: all our work is quoted on site, where you present the solution and our pricing packages. Every package sold pays a $20 or $100 bonus. Our techs sell 10 to 15 packages a week — that's $10,000 to $20,000+ a year on top of base. There's also a gamified leaderboard paying an additional weekly bonus to top performers.

Every bonus is paid weekly. Have a good week, get paid for it that week — not at a review in eleven months.

What you get

Fully maintained take-home van with all fuel covered. Tools, uniform, work phone, and an iPad running ServiceM8 with your jobs scheduled for you. No quoting from home at 9pm, no chasing invoices, no sourcing your own work. You turn up, do excellent work, and get paid for all of it.

The work and the hours

Sliding door rollers, tracks, locks and seals, sliding windows, flyscreens, wardrobes — residential, across the Central Coast 70%, Sydney & Newcastle 30%. Monday to Friday, generally on site from 8:00am with a 4:00pm finish pending the daily schedule, plus one rostered Saturday every three weeks. Extra Saturdays at overtime rates only if you want them.

Who we're after

You've spent real time on the tools — glazing, locksmithing, window and door installation, garage doors, aluminium fabrication, carpentry, or similar hands-on trade work. You're presentable, sharp with customers in their homes, and comfortable talking through options and prices. You take pride in being the best on site, because that's the standard here — we set a high bar and we want the best of the best.

Current Australian driver's licence essential. A police check is required — you'll be trusted alone in customers' homes.

Not for you if you're just after a base salary to coast on, you'd rather not talk money with customers, or "near enough" is in your vocabulary.
