Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Cairns branch and drive its continued success.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for branch profitability, sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our key branches, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to deliver strong business outcomes.

You'll play a critical role in building a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the branch continues to operate safely and efficiently.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.

• Manage branch operations, inventory, and financial performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you'll be a motivated leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for developing people and building customer relationships.

You will ideally bring experience from wholesale distribution, HVAC&R, industrial products, electrical, plumbing, or another trade-focused environment.
