What you'll be doing

• Actively prospect and source new car finance opportunities through outbound sales activities

• Liaise with customers to understand their finance requirements and facilitate the finance application and approval process to provide tailored solutions

• Build relationships with existing customers and provide great service to drive repeat business

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an asset finance broker role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and lender partners

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Thorough understanding of car finance products, lending criteria and regulations

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
