About the role
This is a part-time role with the flexibility to grow into full-time, based across our Mernda and Reservoir clinics and including home visits and community-based care. You'll manage a varied caseload and play a real part in our growth — with hands-on mentoring and the freedom to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing
Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapyConducting home visits and community-based careManaging a mixed caseload (NDIS, musculoskeletal, general practice and more)Developing and implementing individualised treatment plansKeeping accurate, timely clinical documentationCommunicating effectively with clients, families and stakeholdersContributing to clinic growth and quality-improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a physiotherapistAHPRA registration (current and unrestricted)Confidence with home visits and community physiotherapyStrong clinical reasoning and communication skillsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for travel between Mernda, Reservoir and surrounding areas)Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have (not essential)
Experience with NDIS clientsMusculoskeletal and/or community physiotherapy experienceExperience in home-care settings
