We are a small, family-run childcare service located in the Liverpool area, dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, and homely environment for children to learn and grow. As a close-knit team, we pride ourselves on genuine relationships with our children, families, and educators, and we're looking for a caring Room Assistant to join our family.

About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Room Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, working 3 days per week, 6 hours per day (approximately 9am–3pm/4pm).

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a role that fits around family or other commitments, while still being part of a supportive and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Room Leader in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• Assist with daily routines including meals, rest, and hygiene practices
• Build genuine, caring relationships with children and their families
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team
• Contribute to documentation and observations in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable, warm, and a great team player
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
