ARW Group is a Sydney-based waterproofing and remedial company specialising in civil waterproofing, below-grade tanking, roof restorations, protective coatings, and polyurethane & epoxy injection. 

Combined Role: Junior Project Administrator & Waterproofing Estimator

ARW Group is seeking a Junior Project Administrator with a background in Estimating to join our expanding team in NSW. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering the chance to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing environment

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in waterproofing and construction who can effectively manage both estimation and project coordination responsibilities. You will be part of a team that handles a diverse range of waterproofing and remedial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile tender documents, including quantity take-offs, RFQs, cost analysis, and detailed BOQs.

• Manage and track quotes, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to the Director and Project Manager.

• Oversee tender timelines and ensure the timely submission of all required documents.

• Support the preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) with the Project Engineer.

• Manage contract variations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of works.

• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, purchase orders, and variations.

• Identify potential risks and issues early and collaborate with the team to resolve them.

• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of project administration experience, preferably in the construction, remediation, or waterproofing industries.

• 1-3 years of estimating experience in the waterproofing industry.

• Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Relevant qualifications or similar.

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction, remediation, or waterproofing industry.
   

For Both Roles:

• A solid understanding of waterproofing and construction processes and industry.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Own transport and a valid NSW driver’s license.
