M.J. Bale is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Business Manager to lead our Westfield Doncaster store.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Store Business Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and culture of our Westfield Doncaster store. You will lead from the front, inspire your team and create an environment where exceptional service, strong relationships and commercial success come naturally.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales, productivity and store performance against key targets
• Delivering a personalised and elevated customer experience
• Building long-term customer relationships through strong clienteling
• Creating a positive, accountable and results-focused team culture
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance and team development
• Overseeing rostering, wage management and day-to-day store operations
• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Managing stock effectively and identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Ensuring all operational, safety and compliance standards are consistently achieved
