In addition to a remuneration package, successful candidates will receive flexible working hours and ongoing opportunities for professional development.
Other benefits include:

Additionally, you will enjoy a work environment where employees are supported and provided ongoing opportunities for professional development. Some feedback we have received from staff includes:
"I choose to work here because my family matters to NCC."
"I work for NCC because, unlike some other early education centres, they're not all about the money".
As a part-time kitchen staff working for NCC we value your input in supporting the nutritional and wellbeing of our children and all employees are respected within our service and responsible for providing stimulating, caring and happy environments for children to support positive outcomes.
Other day-to-day duties may include:
Be professional, kind and respectful in all that you do and say
Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Building relationships with children and families
Supporting children during meal times
To be considered for this role, you must have a current Blue Card/Working With Children check and a Food Safety certificate and/or experience working in a kitchen providing meals for up to 80 children per day.
Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with young children, families, and the community is critical to your success in this role. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure you can effectively liaise with management.
