The suitable applicant will have the rare opportunity to learn both artisan bread making & fine patisserie.

All Walters products are made from fresh ingredients. We require someone with strong attention to detail (measuring must be perfect) - a love of great tasting food. Must be willing to follow instruction & work in a fast paced environment. Cleaning is necessary all day every day in any food industry - & so thorough cleaning will be done every day after every cook.
