We’re looking for a high-performing sales leader who can drive sales results while playing a key role in recruiting, developing and growing the team.

The Role You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales performance, listings and revenue across the business
• Recruiting high-calibre sales talent and building a high-performing team
• Developing and mentoring agents to reach their full potential
• Creating and implementing new strategies to grow market share
• Building a strong sales culture focused on accountability, innovation and results
• Working closely with leadership to shape the future direction of the business
• Challenging traditional processes and finding smarter, more effective ways to operate

About You You’re an experienced sales leader who:

• Has a strong track record in real estate sales
• Knows how to recruit, motivate and retain great people
• Is commercially minded and driven by growth
• Thinks differently and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo
• Is comfortable testing new ideas, technology and strategies
• Leads from the front and genuinely enjoys developing people
• Wants to build something, not simply maintain the status quo
