And right now, we’ve got some exciting creative projects in pre-production, which means we’re looking for a Producer who’s ready to jump in and help bring them to life.

THE ROLEWe’re looking for an experienced Live Event Producer to join our Sydney team, someone who loves taking a brilliant idea and turning it into something real. You’ll work across a mix of live and experiential projects, partnering with our Creative, Strategy and Client Service teams and taking work from brief through to bump out. You’ll be the person connecting the dots, people, production, budgets, suppliers, logistics, creative ambition and all the details in between. In other words: you make things happen.
WHAT YOU’LL DOProduce live events, brand experiences and activations from brief through to deliveryBuild and manage production schedules, timelines and budgetsSource and manage venues, suppliers, crew and production partnersWork closely with Creative to turn ambitious ideas into smart, achievable production solutionsManage logistics, technical production, builds and onsite deliveryDevelop scopes, costings and production documentationBuild trusted relationships with clients and keep them confidently across the production processNegotiate with suppliers and manage costsTrack and reconcile project budgetsIdentify risks early and solve problems quicklyDeliver work that is safe, beautifully executed and unmistakably Jack
ABOUT YOUYou’ve got solid experience producing within experiential, live events, brand activations or a creative agency environment.You know how to own a project, but you also know great work is a team sport.You’re highly organised, commercially aware and confident with budgets.You’re comfortable with clients, good with suppliers and calm when the pressure is on.You care about the big idea and the tiny details that make it work.You’re curious about new technology, production techniques and better ways of doing things.A strong network of Sydney suppliers, crew and production partners is a big plus.Most importantly, you’re a maker, collaborator and problem solver who gets a genuine kick out of seeing an idea become an experience.
