About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and organising documents for Partner Visa, Sponsored Visa, Skill Assessment, and other applications as required.
Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, including e-lodging, to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and other relevant authorities.
Assist in tracking and managing the progress of visa applications, ensuring everything is completed on time.
Communicate with clients and migration agents to provide updates on visa applications.
Help the team stay on top of deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Assist with any other tasks assigned by the migration agents or management.
Maintain a high degree of responsiveness towards customers.
Ensure that the contact details of the clients are accurate and updated when there are changes.
Maintain a good customer database for follow-up purposes.
Ensure that the targets or KPIs set are achieved or exceeded
What you'll need to succeed:
Working full-time.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Understanding the Australian Visa System.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, especially in managing client expectations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Team player with a willingness to assist where needed.
Additional requirements:
Having any of the following qualifications will give your application an advantage:
Law graduate (preferably with interest or experience in migration law)
Currently studying or recently graduated from a MARA-approved course
Currently Studying Migration Law: Enrolled in an approved course to become a migration agent in Australia
