We Are Looking For

•Proven bartending experience in a premium cocktail bar, hatted restaurant, or high-volume venue

•Exceptional cocktail craft and spirits knowledge, with a genuine passion for the beverage industry

•A natural performer behind the bar. High energy, magnetic presence, and the ability to connect with anyone

What Success Looks Like

•Every cocktail leaving the bar is consistent, beautiful, and exactly right

•Guests at the bar feel personally looked after, remembered, engaged, and genuinely delighted

•The bar sets the energy of the room. Guests gravitate to it, linger at it, and talk about it

•The bar is always immaculate, fully stocked, and ready to perform before the first guest arrives

•RSA obligations are upheld without exception, and service is always responsible and professional
