About the role

We have positions available for experienced Caravan Manufacturing All-Rounders to join our Spinifex Caravans manufacturing team in Deception Bay, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality caravans, with the chance to work on a variety of tasks and learn new skills.

What you'll be doing

• Interior fit out wall framing exterior fit out

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

• Working collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly work, ideally in the caravan, automotive, cabinet making or shop fitting industries

• Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Excellent problem-solving and hand-eye coordination skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Australian work rights are required for this position
