Office Administrator

About the role

Foley Glass' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Moorabbin, VIC. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

What you'll be doing

• Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries

• Scheduling jobs and coordinating installers

• Preparing quotes and invoices

• Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers

• General office administration and data entry

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the business

• Supporting the Director and other office staff with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

• Has strong computer skills and attention to detail

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

• Experience in construction, trades or glazing industry is a bonus but not essential
