Gaming/TAB Attendant

The Cross Keys Hotel is seeking an experienced Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our busy and growing team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has a strong understanding of gaming and TAB operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

This is more than just a standard attendant role — for the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and progress into within the venue.

• Minimum 12 months' experience working in a Gaming and/or TAB environment

• Strong knowledge and experience with gaming machines, TAB systems and procedures

• Current RSA, RSG and TAB Compliance Certificates

• Solid cash handling skills and experience managing tills and cash procedures

• A basic understanding of gaming compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations

• A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience with opening and closing procedures

• A strong understanding of Liquor and Gaming Regulations and compliance requirements

• A customer-first approach and the ability to deliver exceptional service

• A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to support the wider team

• Casual positions with a variety of morning, afternoon and evening shifts available

• Immediate start for the right candidates

• Monday to Sunday availability required
