Why This Role?

Batcher position based out of Dalby.Hourly rate: ranging from $35.03 to $37.90 depending on experience.Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours.45 to 55 average weekly hours, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work as needed.Enjoy daily variety with batching support, loader work, stock take, and yard duties.10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

Position Duties

Batcher in chargeOperating the front-end loader (loader experience preferred).Completing stock takes.Performing pre-start checks.Yard duties which include general site maintenance and housekeeping.Staff rosters and allocation of duties.Supporting purchasing activities.Ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.

About You

A current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).Good computer skills; SAP or batching experience beneficial but not essential.External operator experience for maintenance or heavy TFRs (preferred but not essential).Strong organisational and time‑management skills.Ability to adapt to change quickly and follow processes and procedures.Safety‑first attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, presentable truck.
