About The Role 

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with leaders across DBG Health, specifically within our Shared Services portfolio, to design and implement people strategies that enhance organisational capability, drive performance, and promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

This role is central to aligning people outcomes with DBG Health's strategic objectives and operational and regulatory requirements, and to supporting leaders through sustained growth and transformation.

We are open to considering candidates interested in both full-time or part-time.

Role & Responsibilities 

• Partner with leaders and managers to deliver end-to-end People, Performance & Culture support aligned to business and pharmaceutical industry objectives.
• Coach and enable leaders in performance management, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Provide trusted advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with industrial relations legislation and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Analyse people metrics and trends to inform solutions that enhance performance, capability, and culture across the business.
• Support recruitment, remuneration advice, and talent decisions to attract and retain high-performing teams.
• Lead and contribute to PPC initiatives and projects that support organisational change, growth, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or related role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, or FMCG.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and employee relations case management.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Experience supporting performance management, organisational change, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
