Retail Training Manager – HONOR Australia

Join HONOR Australia as our Retail Training Manager and help build the capability of retail partners across the Australian market. This full‑time role is based in Chatswood, NSW, responsible for delivering engaging product training, localising global materials, and representing HONOR across retail channels and events.

About the Role

You will design and deliver retail training programs for smartphones, tablets and AIoT products, support product launches, and act as a brand ambassador across major retail partners. This role works closely with local marketing, retail partners, and global HQ teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver retail training programs across major partners

• Localise global training materials for the Australian market

• Conduct in‑store training, workshops, webinars, and demos

• Lead train‑the‑trainer programs

• Present at retail meetings, partner events, and launch sessions

• Support retail readiness for product launches

• Provide product updates and sales enablement tools

• Gather retail feedback to improve training programs

• Represent HONOR with professionalism and product expertise

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in retail training, sales enablement, or product training (ideally tech/consumer electronics)

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Knowledge of smartphones and consumer tech

• Experience developing or localising training content

• Confident presenter and brand ambassador

• Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable with travel
