  Dynamic Total Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Rubber Liners to join our team on a casual basis. This role is FIFO from Perth, WA 6105 and offers flexible work opportunities within the mining, resources and energy sector. As a Rubber Liner, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring that critical equipment is properly protected and maintained to support seamless operational performance across our client sites.

What you'll be doing

• Installing rubber liners on mining and industrial equipment to prevent wear and corrosion

• Measuring and cutting rubber materials to precise specifications for custom applications

• Inspecting existing liners for damage and determining replacement or repair requirements

• Preparing equipment surfaces and applying adhesives or fastening systems as required

• Conducting quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet industry standards

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Collaborating with maintenance teams and engineers to support equipment longevity

• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental protocols on site

• Responding to urgent maintenance calls when required due to the casual nature of the role

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in installing or maintaining rubber liners in mining, industrial or manufacturing environments

• Strong knowledge of rubber materials, adhesives and installation techniques

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and accurately

• Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Physical fitness and capability to work at heights and in confined spaces where applicable

What you will need

•        Working Safely at Heights

•        Entering Confined Spaces 

•        Gas Atmosphere - preferred 

•        Current driver's licence or passport

•        Minimum 2-3yrs experience as a Rubber Liner
