Patisserie & Deli Team Member

About the role

Casual Patisserie & Deli Team Member position with approximately Full Time hours available. Weekend availability is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Preparing and serving coffee, beverages and light café items

• Assisting with the sale of cakes, pastries, deli products and retail items

• Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions

• Restocking displays and maintaining the presentation of the Patisserie & Deli

• General cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment

About you

• Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, retail or customer service is preferred

• Friendly, positive and well-presented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage

• A current driver's licence is preferred, but not essential
