Kencor Doveton supplies fasteners, sealants and other essential building products to construction, engineering and trade customers across Victoria.

Established in 1992, we’re a trusted local business backed by the Synergy Group and Metal Manufactures Pty Ltd, combining the support of a large industrial group with the feel of a close-knit team.

About the Role

• Process customer orders over the phone and via email
• Prepare quotes and respond to pricing and product enquiries
• Support the sales team with major customers and project orders
• Serve customers at the trade counter
• Build relationships with regular customers
• Assist with occasional local deliveries when required

You’ll Ideally Bring

• Previous sales, customer service or retail experience
• Confidence dealing with trade customers and understanding what they need
• The ability to process information quickly and work accurately
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A strong work ethic and willingness to help across the branch
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights

Construction, industrial or trade industry experience is an advantage, but isn’t essential. A forklift licence would also be beneficial.
