About Us
Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region.
With a strong focus on person-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care, BRAMS delivers services designed around the needs of Aboriginal individuals and families. Our multidisciplinary teams work collaboratively to improve health outcomes and promote wellbeing across the lifespan.

About the Role
BRAMS is looking for an Outreach Aboriginal Liaison Officer to join our Clinical Services team. Reporting to the Community Health Manager, you'll sit at the front line of our community engagement work delivering outreach via the Orange Sky Truck and building trusted relationships with vulnerable and homeless Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Broome.
This is a role built on relationship and presence. You'll reach people who may not otherwise access health services, offer practical support and health system navigation, and connect community members to BRAMS primary health care through warm referrals and coordinated clinic attendance all delivered in line with the BRAMS Model of Care and Quality Care Framework, with a strong emphasis on culturally safe, person-centred, and trauma-informed practice.
