Corporate Lawyer, 3+ years PQE  (Sydney)

The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded boutique with a strong reputation for the quality of its work and its people. The firm is growing and looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join the team.

The Role
You'll work directly with Partners across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate structuring and shareholder arrangements, corporate advisory, commercial contracts, and funds establishment and structuring, acting for clients across a broad range of industry sectors. There's plenty of variety, but also the opportunity to build deeper expertise in transactional corporate work.

About You
You'll be a corporate/commercial lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and solid M&A experience. This role could suit someone looking for greater responsibility, closer partner access or a broader practice, without compromising on the quality of work, and with the support, training and sophistication of a larger firm.
