An established automotive transport operation is seeking experienced and reliable HR drivers for local vehicle transport work across Melbourne.

These roles are suited to drivers who take pride in their work, present professionally, and can safely handle vehicles to a high standard.

You will be responsible for:

• Operating a modern 3-car carrier and trailer

• Minimum of 3+ years truck driving experience

• Safely loading, positioning and securing vehicles for transport

• Conducting pre- and post-transport vehicle inspections

• Completing local Melbourne metro transport runs

• Accurately recording and reporting any vehicle condition issues

• Maintaining a clean and professional presentation of the truck and equipment

Australian work rights are required for this position.

• Pay rate: from $35 per hour, depending on experience

• Night shift position only

• Overtime available in line with operational requirements

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Complete a pre-employment medical assessment

• Provide a current National Police Check

• Provide evidence of valid right to work in Australia

• Supply contactable references

• Provide a VicRoads driver history report if requested

• Pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing

Applicants must also be physically fit to perform load restraint duties, including climbing, securing vehicles and working around transport equipment.

All roles are subject to a probationary period.
